Estate offers the Oklahoma
Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course "Basic Real Estate
I" as required by the Oklahoma Real Estate
Commission(OREC). OREC requires that for an
individual to be able to sit for the State Examination for Real
Estate Licensure in Oklahoma one must take a course in Basic Real
Estate. Our instructor(s) give the participants the
tools that will help them prepare for the State Exam. A
sample exam is given at the end of the course and we feel confident
that if you can pass our exam that you are well prepared for the
state administered examination.
We work to keep our student to instructor
ratio low in order to maximize student
understanding. The course is taught in a very
"Hands On" fashion, with a great deal of attention
paid to the fundamentals of real estate. If you are looking
